View Bug Details

From either Recent Bug Activity Page or a specific Bug List page, click on a BugID # to view the details of that particular bug.

A header, indicating the Bug ID number, is at the top of the page.

Values displayed for the bug includes:

• Description
• Status
• Assignee
• Category
• Milestone
• Priority
• Project
• Platform
• Time remaining
• Reporter
• (Date) Created
• (Date) Modified
• External Bug ID
• Version
• Details

(Please Note: Bug values can be configured by the SOS System Admin or Project Admin under Admin->Projects in the Windows Client or under <ProjectName>->Project Admin in the Web Client.)

At the bottom of this page, you have the option to modify the bug being viewed with:

• Add Comment
• Add Attachment

Within bug details, you can perform various bug tracking operations. Below the BugID header, you can access:

• Add
• Query
• Summaries
• Recent
• Open
• Modify
• Audit
• My Recent
• My Open
