Recent Items

The Recent page lists the most recent item activity for the current project. It contains three tables: Additions, Updates and Comments.

To access the Recent Items page click Recent on the Item Tracking menu sidebar.

By default, each table contains the most recent eight items in each recent activity category. The number of rows for the Recent items tables and the columns displayed for the tables can be configured by clicking Customize.

Clicking on any of the column header links in the tables will sort that table by the column clicked. Clicking on any ID number will go to the Item Details page for that Item.

Additions

The Additions table contains latest Items added to the project. The default columns displayed in the Additions table are:

▪   ID

▪   Created (the date the item was created)

▪   Reporter (the login name of the Dragnet user who reported the Item)

▪   Type

▪   Description

▪   Status

▪   Priority

 Updates

The Updates table contains Items most recently modified. The default columns displayed in the Updates table are:

▪   ID

▪   Modified (the date the item was modified)

▪   Modified by (the login name of the Dragnet user who modified the Item)

▪   Type

▪   Description

▪   Status

▪   Priority

 Comments

The Comments table contains the most recently commented Items. The default columns displayed in the Comments table are:

▪   ID

▪   Commented (the comment date)

▪   Commented by (the login name of the user who posted the comment)

▪   Type

▪   Description

▪   Status

▪   Priority
