The email page allows you to set up your email notification preferences. Click Email from the Preferences menu sidebar to access the Email page. The Email page contains two sections, Global Options and Project Options.
The Global Options apply to email notifications in all projects.
If you would like your email notifications sent in HTML format, check Send all Email Notifications in HTML.
If you would like email notifications sent for all projects, check the Send Email Notifications for All Projects. Then, select either All Items or Only Items Assigned to Me in the Send Notifications For dropdown list.
If All Items is selected in the Send Notifications For dropdown list, you will receive an email notification on any change made to any item in all projects that you have permission to. If Only Items Assigned to Me is selected, you will only receive notifications for changes to items assigned to you.
The Project Options apply to email notifications only for the current project.
If you would like email notifications sent for the current project check the Send Email Notifications for <projectname> Project. Then, select either All Items or Only Items Assigned to Me in the Send Notifications For dropdown list.
If All Items is selected in the Send Notifications For dropdown list, you will receive an email notification on any change made to any item in the current project. If Only Items Assigned to Me is selected in the Send Notifications For dropdown lis, you will only receive notifications for changes to items assigned to you.
