User List

The far right pane displays a list of users currently logged on to Chat.

Users appear in alphabetical order by default. This can be changed to show users in the order they entered chat through Tools>Options>Alphabetically sort user list.

Your user symbol, shown to the left of your user name, is in color. The symbols of other Chat members are in gray.
