Chat Menu Options

(Please Note: The user can right-click in the appropriate pane to access the following menu options, as well as select these options from the Chat Toolbar.)

• Undo -- Undo last edit in the Message Input Pane. This can also be accomplished by clicking on Undo from the Chat Toolbar.
• Cut -- Cut selected text from the Message Input Pane text.
• Copy -- Copy highlighted message or chat text.
• Paste -- Paste clipboard contents into the Message Input Pane. This can also be accomplished by clicking on Paste from the Chat Toolbar.
• Delete -- Delete selected message text.
• Select All -- Select all text in the Chat Pane, or if cursor is in Message Input Pane, select all message text.
• Clear All -- Clears all message text if the cursor is in the Message Input Pane. This can also be accomplished by clicking on Clear All from the Chat Toolbar.

View

• Stop -- Stop the current operation, for instance, the upload of a large file attachment. The stop button can also be used.
• Refresh -- Refreshes the message pane.
• File Attachments -- If the user has an attachment and they've moved the split box, the attachment will no longer be visible. Selecting View>File Attachments will restore the Attachment List pane.

Tools

• Send Chat -- Selecting Tools>Send Chat sends a chat message.
• Add File Attachment -- Attach file(s) to a chat message.
• Options>Chat Settings -- SOS Collab allows the user to customize their Chat window via Tools>Options>Chat Settings.
