Accessing Chat

Chat is launched from within the SOS Collab Windows Client. Once the user has logged on to SOS Collab, the user can select to enter the Common Project chat accessible to all users or a specific project chat within the Project Tree. Chat is not available in the Web Client.

Only users with permission to a project will be able to view that project's chat. The user can enter any and all project Chats simultaneously to which they have permission.
