Vault Professional Work Item Tracking provides access to item information in a standardized format. The item tracking system can be used to log bugs, feature requests, discussions and project tasks.

Offers time-tracking so that developers can estimate how many hours it will take to fix a work item, and log the actual time spent working on that item.

Work Item Tracking is integrated in the Vault Professional GUI Client, in Visual Studio, and in Eclipse.Vault Professional Work Items are also available through the Vault Professional Web Client.
