Add Serial NumberThe Licenses page allows you to enter Dragnet serial numbers and view information about the current number of licensed users. The Licenses page contains two sections: Add Serial Number and Licenses.
Dragnet is licensed on a per user basis. You must have a license for each active Dragnet user. If the number of active Dragnet users exceeds the license count, users will not be able to log on until you either configure additional Dragnet licenses are mark users inactive from the Modify User page
To add a Dragnet serial number, enter the serial number in the Serial Number text field and click Submit.
The serial number will immediately be included in the License table.
The Licenses table lists information on the licenses currently configured in Dragnet. The License table columns are:
▪ Serial Number – The serial number.
▪ Count – The number of licenses associated with the serial number.
▪ Expires – The date on which this serial number expires, if it is a demo or permanent, if it is a full license.
▪ Delete – Click the Delete icon to delete the selected serial number. You will be asked to confirm the deletion.
▪ Total – Displays the count of permanent licenses configured in Dragnet. Demo or temporary licenses are not included in the total.
