file in the File List indicates that a file is shared. SOS Collab enables the current version of a file or a complete SCC project to be shared with another project in the same way as SourceSafe.
To share a single file or multiple files in SOS Collab, select the SCC project into which the file(s) will be shared. Then, click the Share button or choose the Share command from either the Source menu or by right-clicking. A Share With dialog will be presented. Either double-click on the file from the File list or select the desired file and click the Add button. The files to be shared will appear in the Files to Share list. You can also enable Recursive and/or Branch After Share at this time. Click the OK button to share the files with the current project.
