Communication With Primary Server

• Use SSL to connect to server -- Select if you wish the Web Server to communicate with the Primary Server using SSL security.

  (Please Note: This setting will reduce system performance and may not be necessary if both Primary and Web Server operate in a secure area of the network.)

Web Server Scripts (giglets)

• Path to scripts root directory -- Path the root directory for the scripts used by the SOS Collab Web Client.

Idle Connections

• Check for timed out connections -- Default is 300 seconds (5 minutes).
• Timeout idle connections -- Default is 3600 seconds (1 hour).
• Expire authentication cookies -- Default is 86400 seconds (24 hours).

Debug Logging

• Log file path -- Path to the directory for the web server debug log.
• Logging Level -- Amount of information logged in SOS Collab Web Server log.

  Quiet -- Logs system error messages only.
  Chatty -- Logs error messages, connection information.
  Verbose -- Logs errors, connections, and all system operations.

  (Please Note: Because of logging volume, the verbose setting is recommended only when troubleshooting technical issues.)

• Overwrite log file on server startup -- By default, the log file will continuously log information. To shorten the log file, there is an option to overwrite the file upon Primary Server startup.
• Perform reverse DNS on inbound web client connections -- When this option is enabled the full DNS name of the web connection is displayed in the web log files. When it is disabled the IP address is displayed.

Access Logging

• Enable web access logging -- Select to log connections to the SOS Collab Web Server.
• Access Log File Path -- The directory for the Access Log.
