The My Open Items page contains two tabs – Open and Completed. Note that the name of these tabs can change if the display value for the Open and Completed status is changed from the Database Options page. Clicking the Open tab will display all open items in the current project that have you (the logged in user) as the assignee. Clicking on the Completed tab will display all completed items in the current project that have you as the resolver.
To access the My Open Items page, click My Open from the Item Tracking menu sidebar.
The Items in the My Open Items table are grouped by Milestone by default. Click Ungrouped to display the items as one list.
The My Open Items page is a specialized Query Results page. All actions available from the Query Results page are also available from the My Open Items page.
